Three kinds of work, all aimed at less busywork.

Automations

Connect the tools you already use so work moves on its own: a form that fills the spreadsheet, a quote that becomes an invoice, a reminder that actually goes out. The goal is fewer things for a person to remember and retype.

What it can look likeA quote request comes in, the details land in your spreadsheet, and the customer gets a confirmation. Nobody retypes anything.

Data work

Pull information out of emails, PDFs and older systems, clean it up, and deliver it where it needs to go. If someone on your team copies numbers from one place to another every week, this is for that.

What it can look likeNumbers someone copies out of three systems every Friday arrive in one tidy report, on their own.

Search and assistants

An assistant that answers questions from your own documents, such as manuals, policies and price sheets, and shows where each answer came from. Staff stop asking the same questions, and answers can be checked.

What it can look likeSomeone asks, "What's our return policy on custom orders?" and gets the answer from your handbook, with the page it came from.

How I work

  1. A short conversation

We talk through where the time goes. No pitch. Sometimes the answer is a spreadsheet, and I'll say so.

  2. One small, defined job

I propose a single piece of work with a clear scope and a price before I start.

  3. Built, explained, supported

I build it, connect it to your tools, explain it in plain language, and stay available for fixes.

I won't build something that doesn't pay for itself. If an existing tool does the job, I'll tell you.
